By using Cognuix services, you agree to the following terms:
Cognuix is intended for business use. You must comply with applicable laws and avoid misuse (e.g., spam, fraud, or abusive automation).
Clients are responsible for their own AWS and Twilio accounts, maintaining secure credentials, and managing AI agent configurations responsibly.
All plans are billed in advance. No refunds are issued for early cancellation. Discounts during early access are locked for the first year.
Clients retain full ownership of their data and content. Cognuix does not access, use, or share customer data beyond operational needs.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Cognuix is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Twilio).
We reserve the right to suspend service for abuse, security violations, or failure to pay. You may cancel anytime with written notice.
These terms may change. Users will be notified 30 days in advance of any material updates.
